2. Subscription Plans

• Free Plan: $0/month - Basic features for 1 vehicle
• Pro Plan: $9.99/month - Advanced features for up to 3 vehicles
• Premium Plan: $19.99/month - All features including live tuning

3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers.

6. Limitation of Liability

You may cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Tennessee state law. Disputes will be resolved in Hamilton County, Tennessee courts.
